What is E.Number / Electronic Number?

Electronic Number is an application number provided by the Enjaz Information Technology through the registered Overseas Employment Promoter. Electronic Number is essential for any kind of visa for Saudi Arabia either work or visit. Electronic Number have detail of your passport, including your picture, your employer detail and type of visa and job. All the fees including Enjaz fee, visa fee, medical fee and documents ratification fee paid through the registered OEP account.

How to obtain E.Number / Electronic Number?

For this purpose, first of all you need to complete these documents:

• Original Passport (at least 9 months valid)
• Original ID Card / NICOP
• 1 Passport Size Picture with blue background (picture must be as you submitted in Medical center during medical process)
• Original Medical Report by Gamca only
• Visa Slip copy

Once you have these documents you need to find a registered overseas employment promoter nearby you and request them to issue E.number / Electronic Number through their account. There is a fee for this Electronic Number and OEP will charge some extra for giving this service to you.
